Director Habota Meets with Members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Constitutional Affairs
Director of the Directorate for European Integration, Elvira Habota, together with her associates, met today with members of the European Parliament’s Committee on Constitutional Affairs (AFCO), who are visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina on a two-day official visit.
The AFCO delegation includes Members of the European Parliament Loránt Vincze, Adrián Vázquez Lázara, Marc Angel, Vytenis Povilas Andriukaitis, Marieke Ehlers, and Nikolas Farantouris.
One of the topics of the meeting was the findings of the new European Commission Report on Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025. Director Habota emphasised that the Report provided an objective overview and assessment of the progress made in the EU accession process and offered concrete guidance for further work.
“There is room for progress in many areas, and the key message is that Bosnia and Herzegovina must refocus its attention on implementing reforms,” Director Habota highlighted.
