Recruitment of additional staff based on fixed-term service contract - 1 person
Position - Task Manager in National URBACT Point (NUP) for the URBACT IV Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the Directorate for European Integration in Sarajevo, with expected beginning of engagement as of 1 April 2025. until 30 June 2026, with 198 working days on annual basis, with a monthly gross fee of BAM 3675.00 (EUR 1879.00).
Task Manager will be engaged based on service contract.

General and special conditions
- University degree (VII level of high education or First Cycle: Bachelor's Degree, which includes minimum 180 ECTS credits);
- fluent knowledge of written and spoken English;
- advanced computer literacy (MS Windows and MS Office);
- driving licence B category.
Professional experience
- minimum 8 years of professional work experience (work experience after obtaining University degree)
- minimum 4 years of experience in implementation of programmes/projects funded by the EU or by other donors
- minimum 4 years of experience in communication and media (content writing, digital marketing, promotional videos, media campaigns, social media, graphic design etc.)
- knowledge of principles of project cycle management (PCM)
- knowledge and experience in use of the Practical guide on contract procedures for European Union external action (PRAG)
- Knowledge and experience with CBC/transnational programmes and projects would be considered an asset.
Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to take personal responsibility for delivery of high-quality results within tight deadlines, as well as readiness to travel.

The title of the position should be indicated at the envelope as well as remark: “Do not open before meeting of Selection Committee / Ne otvarati prije sastanka Komisije”. Untimely, incomplete and irregular applications will not be taken into consideration.
Applicants meeting the requirements will be invited to take a professional knowledge test, which is held on the same day, and consists of a written English language test, which is eliminatory, and of an interview, which consists of a set of relevant professional questions for the advertised position.
NOTE: Upon the completion of the selection procedure, and before signing the contract service the selected candidate must submit certified copies of all the documents submitted in the initial application (certified photocopies of University degree and driving licence, as well as documents proving the required professional experience stated in their CV). In addition, they must submit No Criminal Record Certificate and Health Certificate, both no older than three months.
