Recruitment of additional staff based on fixed-term service contract - 1 person
 
 
The Directorate for European Integration, as the National Authority for the Interreg IPA VI-A Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2021-2027, invites interested candidates to apply for the following position:
 
 
1. Project Manager in the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg IPA VI-A Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2021-2027, Branch office in Banja Luka, with expected beginning of engagement as of 1 June 2026 until 31 December 2029, with 220 days of engagement per year, with a monthly gross fee of BAM 4.302,83 (EUR 2.200,00).
 
Project Manager will be engaged based on a service contract.

General and special conditions
  • University degree (VII level of high education or First Cycle: Bachelor's Degree, which includes minimum 180 ECTS credits).
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English (will be tested) and the official languages in participating countries (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro);
  • Good communication, organizational and presentation skills;
  • Advanced computer literacy;
  • Driving license (B category).
Professional experience
  • At least 8 years of professional experience (compulsory);
  • At least 4 years of experience in implementation of programmes/projects funded by the EU (compulsory);
  • Advanced knowledge of PRAG (compulsory); 
  • Experience in at least one EU funded project in the last 3 years (compulsory);
  • Experience in project monitoring (asset);
  • Experience with / in public administration (asset).

latest by 31 March 2026. The title of the position should be indicated at the envelope as well as remark: “Do not open before meeting of Selection Committee”. Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration. 
Applicants meeting the requirements will be invited for the English language test and interview. Applicants will be appraised against the selection criteria based on data provided in the CV, results of English language test (which will be eliminatory in case of score below minimum threshold) and during interviews.

NOTE: Upon the completion of the selection procedure, the selected candidate must submit certified copies of all the documents submitted in the initial application (Photocopy of University degree, driving licence, documents proving the professional experience stated in submitted CV), as well as Certificate that No Criminal Proceedings Are Being Conducted (issued by the court) and Health Certificate (both no older than three months).
