Meeting of Habota and Pentz
Director of the Directorate for European Integration, Elvira Habota, met today with Manfred Pentz, the Minister of Federal and European Affairs of the Province of Hessen.
Director Habota expressed gratitude to the Federal Republic of Germany for its support to the European integration of BiH, noting in particular the excellent collaboration between the Directorate and GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit).
Director Habota provided updates on the most recent efforts to implement the remaining steps from the recommendation of the European Commission from 2022, as well as the actions of the institutions in BiH to prepare for the explanatory screening meetings with the Commission.
Minister Pentz underlined the significance of Bosnia and Herzegovina's European path and the numerousadvantages of joining the EU.
