Overall Objective of the Programme is to stimulate sustainable development of cross-border areas, and economic, cultural, natural and human resources through strengthening of human capital and joint institutional networks in the local communities, as well as of local and private stakeholders.
 

Priority 1: Provide support to creation of common socio-economic environment for people, communities and economy in the programme area.
 
Measure 1.1: Initiatives for cross-border economic development with special focus on tourism and rural development;
Measure 1.2: Initiatives for improvement of the environment, with special focus on protection, promotion and management of natural resources;
Measure 1.3: Social cohesion and cultural exchange through the activities which are connecting institutions and people.
